Texas Data Broker Notice & Consumer Rights

Under Texas law, a data broker is a business that knowingly collects and sells or licenses to third parties the personal information of a consumer with whom the business does not have a direct relationship.

PropBot LLC is registered as a data broker with the Texas Secretary of State. You may look up registered data brokers on the Texas SOS website.

If you are a Texas resident, you may have rights under Chapter 541 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, including the right to submit a request to exercise applicable rights regarding your personal data.

These rights may include, as applicable:

• The right to confirm whether we process your personal data and access that personal data
• The right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data
• The right to delete personal data provided by you or obtained about you
• The right to obtain a copy of certain personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format
• The right to opt out of certain processing where required by applicable law
• The right to appeal a denial of your request, where applicable

• The specific right you want to exercise
• Enough information for us to verify your request and locate the relevant data

We will respond to appeals in accordance with the timelines and requirements of applicable Texas law. If your appeal is denied, you may have the right to contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint.
