Our service includes pre-foreclosure lead information, including skip-traced contact information obtained from third-party sources, which is delivered to customers by email in CSV format. We may offer free trials, including a 7-day free trial, and recurring monthly subscriptions.

For clarity, when we describe our leads as "same day," we mean within 24 hours, not necessarily within the same calendar day.
